“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”  Jeremiah 1:10 (KJV)

God continues to speak about the times in which we live— the kairos, seasons, or appointed times. Jeremiah 1:10 is precious to me because it’s the Scripture verse God used when dealing with me concerning my apostolic calling. Recently, as I was reading and meditating on it, God began to speak to me about our present situation. I am sharing it verbatim.

“Don’t stare at the destruction too long…It’s time for restoration. Things might look drear now, but the destruction was necessary. Before I can build and plant, I have to get rid of the old—the old mindsets, the old habits, the old theology, to make way for the new. Those who insist on holding on to the old will not experience the new. They are like old wineskins who cannot handle or contain my new glory. I am pouring new wine on new minds, those who are open to receive. It’s a breath of fresh air to all who receive it. I am God; I move in mysterious ways. Get ready for an outpouring of my Spirit. Stay focused, stay alert, stay prayerful. I will visit you. Get ready for change and elevation. I will show you what I want you to do. Thank you for having an open mind to My new ways. Tell my people who have open ears—It’s Restoration Time! Get ready, stay alert, lean in, and pray from a heart of abundance.”

In my previous blog, I talked about a call to purity of heart. Only those with a pure heart can receive what the Spirit is saying to His people.

God has spoken; blessings to all who receive!
