Redeeming the times, because the days are evil.

Many are bewildered by the conditions of our world and the circumstances that surround us. But when you step outside the natural, and flow into the spiritual realm, that is, “live in the spirit,” you, like myself, will sense momentum in the air. It’s a feeling of being supercharged, much like being on steroids. God is speaking, pulling and directing us into the place where we should be at this time. It’s a place where we are given creative ideas and concepts for this present age.

Everyone’s place is different, unique and special. If you have spiritual ears and eyes you will pick up the aroma and work with God. Yes, it’s work! Everything that God has ever promised you will come to fruition if you sense His leading and follow His directives. It might not look the way you thought it would look or planned it to be. However, you will know it’s God if you are operating in the spirit and not in the flesh.

Revelation 11:15 states, “…The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever.” This Scripture can only be fulfilled by God’s people getting in their rightful places and doing what He ordained or created them to do.

The conditions of this world have set the stage. It’s time for you and I to ACT. This is not the hour to wonder what your purpose is. This question should have been settled when you read Rick Warren’s book, “The Purpose Driven Life,”^[1] (Zondervan, 2002) nearly two decades ago.

It’s time to shake off carnality…greed, lust for power and position and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. After all, He is the best guide. The only way any of us can be fulfilled or satisfied, is by using our gifts, talents and skills to build God’s kingdom here on earth.

For example, I sense that God wants me to use my gift of writing more often, so that I can help Him get His message out to the world. A platform has been provided for me through technology. You are reading this blog post, because I am obeying God.

I don’t know what your specific assignment is, but I know that it’s needed in the kingdom of God. Otherwise, God would not have assigned it to you. Don’t allow what you see in the natural to cause you to abort your destiny or reason for being. What you see and hear with your natural eyes and ears is designed to propel you into your future.

No one, not you or I, will be able to stand before God with a valid excuse for not doing what He asked us to do. He has given us the vision, ability and resources and the circumstances and conditions are favorable.

Momentum is in the air! Can you sense it? Then hop on board and become a kingdom builder!

Lord, I sense that the time is at hand for me to use my gifts and talents to help build Your kingdom here on earth.
